The Alliance & Channel Intern role at Oracle provides graduates with a 12-month opportunity to gain hands-on experience in partner management and channel operations. Based in Woodmead, Johannesburg, this internship focuses on supporting Value Added Distributors across Africa by assisting with partner onboarding, agreement renewals, and revenue growth initiatives. Interns will collaborate with sales teams, utilize internal tools to keep partners updated on new developments, and contribute to the success of partner events and reporting activities. This program is designed to build strong communication, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills, preparing graduates for future careers in sales, marketing, or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with various lines of business and assisting Sales teams to drive revenue growth
• Onboarding new partners and providing guidance on product offerings through the Oracle Partner Network Programme
• Reviewing Partner Agreements and aiding in the renewal process
• Assisting Value Added Distributors by utilizing internal tools and ensuring they are updated on new developments and training opportunities
• Supporting partner events and reporting on activities, including tracking closed pipeline metrics

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Higher National Diploma
• Desirable qualification: Higher National Diploma or BSc in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Strategic Management
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong command of MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and strategic thinking abilities
